Townhouses

All Townhomes will be built to meet high sustainability standards, and each one will be Earth Advantage and LEED Gold Certified.

As is evident in the images, the simple clean lines of the townhomes are rooted in a modern aesthetic that incorporates the materials and warmth associated with Northwest architecture. Within the townhomes, creatively articulated floor plans allow for “big living” in relatively small spaces. We have created several floor plans which use space most efficiently, resulting in homes of modest size that feel larger than they are.

Our vision for the future is one of sustainability. By creating homes which feel comfortable, yet are designed so as to minimize the consumption of resources, we strive to maximize human potential and while minimizing our impact on the natural environment.

For us sustainability is not afterthought, it is a way of life. And it is the way we designed this project. Our passion, our responsibility to look toward the future generations resulted in our choices of materials, such as recycled, renewable, and recyclable resources, low-maintenance materials, and exceptional energy-efficiency. Super-insulated building envelopes and high acoustic separation are standard on all homes. Additionally, every house has been prepared to receive future solar electricity-generating photovoltaic roof panels.

Carefully configured highly efficient windows ensure that each residence enjoys plentiful natural daylight and ventilation, for bright and healthful spaces. The main living area is flooded with light from both ends. And every house has a large roof deck that looks out to a large communal garden.
